Hello, was looking through some of my finds that I had made in holland, this chain was found in the northern part of Holland, a place called Elburg. The chain is silver and is from the 17th century, it would be hung on the side of the pants, it had different rings on it, so that you could hang different items on it. The item that is currently hanging on the chain, is a key for a clock. HOPE YOU ENJOY.
