I have a cointrax that I just aquired lately and it has a menu switch (Top right of module) that is troublesome..
It works maybe one out of ten or fifteen pushes its sealed so I cant see oil helping... Nice "click " every time but no operation.
I think its become worn out and the harder the previous user pushed the worse it got. I think the metal contacts are worn out inside it, and anyway have decided to replace it as I can wield a soldering iron about a bit.
I am looking for a replacement for the switch from a major electrical hobbyists retailers, and need to know if I need a push-to-make, or push-to-break?
Does anyone know? (No guesses please..) lol
