You will have them old gimpy codgers swinging detectors all over my hunting sites!! I just glanced at your post at first before reading it but when I saw the word "TIVY" on that map, I knew immediately that you were up to some more of your dirty work. 
The Tivy family was one of the original founding families around here and lots of things are named after them. That is a good reference site you posted.
