It was the 5.5" coil that I cleaned out Discovery with. They didn't have any 6"X9" coils.
There a bit on the scarce side to locate. I guess they didn't make many, because at the time they just thought is would be used in bad ground with the Gold Baron machine. Were dealing about the mid 1990's, and most detectorest wouldn't use a DD type coil because of it's draw backs.
I keep selling the one I have, then swearing not to do it again. It takes a lot of hard searching to find them, I'm going to try and keep this one.
On a little brighter note, there was a slight positive responce from Discovery the last time I spoke with them about re-manufacturing them. Hopefully they will. Material wise, it doesn't involve a large cost outlay.
