Next time out try the Goldtrax using disc mode with a breaking point (low Tone) set for iron and dig everything (second tone) above, I find the goldtrax with using this setup peeks through iron with the greatest of ease, Give it a try if this is an area you haven't ventured into with the Goldtrax.
Use just enough disc but not too much so a medium size square nail gives a low tone, You'll be amazed with the fantastic separation one can get using the Goldtrax as a relic hunter.
