Took the A&S to a park that dates from the 1930's but only got clad and pennies except for the little ring, gold plated but marked Sterling ESPO, and a piece of a one dollar bill 
. Found the ring with the 1650/4 inch coil I took along to hunt close to the playground equipment and fence. It was about 3 inches from a metal pole. None of my Barons can get that close, even with the 5.5 coil and power/sensitivity at minimum setting.
