I was using the A&S with 5.5 coil between what would have been the front of the old city swimming pool before it was demolished and the street and found a titanium ring. I've found quite a few gold and silver rings, two platinum rings counting the class ring I found Sunday and a bunch of junk rings, but that's the first titanium. It's a big ring, my oldest daughter said it's a mans wedding band. She's probaby right as it has "I love you bunches" engraved inside the band. It was only an inch or so deep and gave the same response as a nickel, but so do a lot of the two hole tabs so I checked it with the Garrett when I got home to see what the meter would show and it ID'ed dead on nickel.
