Digi-Key has linear 10 turn 500 ohm pots and should be able to fix you up. They have a website, but it's a pain to find what you're looking for so it's easier to talk with them on a live chat feature on their website or call them than it is to weed through jillions of pots trying to find the right one. If you can't find one there, or anywhere handy, I have one somewhere here that was in the A&S when I got it that I can send you. With two wires going to the same pole that headphone jack looks like it's wired for mono phones instead of stereo phones. The small switch only works on the Goldtrax. It sets the Goldtrax ground balance to a preset maximum positive limit, so removing it won't, or shouldn't, have any effect on your millennium board. You must be planning on using the board as a stand alone detector, but it should still work with the with the Prohunter, Cointrax and rear modules
