That would come in handy when hunting for old lost homesites in the woods down here. We've hunted for a few old home sites in woods that were so grown up it was difficult to walk, let alone swing a detector. One site we tried to find about 6 years ago, on three different occasions, was an old hotel on top of one of many similar hills in Winston county Alabama. The hotel was turned into a Confederate veterans lodge in the 1870's and we may have walked right over it because of the undergrowth and inability to swing a detector. Your setup would have been a big benefit. Thanks for posting it.
