Had minor surgery earlier this week, basal cell carcinoma removed from my nose, and the doc said no bending over, stooping or getting hot until I go back next Thursday, but my wife went shopping with her sisters and couldn't watch me so I slipped off for an hour or so this morning. School started last week and my grandson is into collecting tabs for the school again, so I went to the football stadium where the first game of the season was played last night and picked up tabs. Also got a few coins, I gave the dollar or so of clean coins to a little boy who was helping his mom and sisters pick up the garbage the crowd left, and a nice surprise. A pretty little 10k ring that was about two inches down in fairly hard dirt, which means it had been there awhile. It also means I missed it the several other times I hunted the small area where it was found.
