Denny and I hunted around a church that dates back 80 years or so for awhile today. Not a great hunt but not a bad one. I started with the Cointrax, finished with the A&S and got the stuff in the photo. Six wheaties that range from 1918 to 1942, at least the ones that have dates, the merc is a 1941, 35% silver nickel is 1943, red nickel at bottom left is 1940, dateless indian head penny, second from right on bottom row, that was the deepest coin at maybe 4 inches and looks to have been cut down, the top of a lawn mowered gold ring that has a script H on it and looks to have a small diamond. The only newer coins were the ratty clad quarter and a shiny nickel I saw lying on top of the ground. Ground was gray looking gumbo and hard as cement, tough digging for old geriatrics.
