I'm 66 and have arthritis in my shoulders, hands and left knee, but it's much worse in my left shoulder and hand than my right side. I doubt I could swing a metal cased Baron for 10 minutes with my left arm, but I can still get by for three or four hours with my right side. Kinda odd my left side is so much worse considering about all I've ever used it for has been to balance out the right side
