The Classic is darn good for hunting in iron laden places. They are also relatively easy to find while the 1650's are scarcer than hen's teeth. Anyone willing to dig a lot of nonferrous trash can find coins with the modified Classics, it's just a matter of getting the settings right for the site being hunting, using a slow sweep speed and being willing to dig a lot of holes
