Nice find Kevin,
The old school house, looks great and promising, which is part of the problem. It has probably been detected many times in the past. Your pennies are the equivalent of our wheat backs in the states, and those are getting scarce in places. Lately I have been fortunate to find some nice indian head pennies, these come in lower on the conductivity scale and are probably missed by the old timers using too much discrimination, anyway thats my theory and I'm stick'n with it.
