...I need to pack a Canteen of water into a area that is full of brush and high grass...How do I disinfect the canteen..??.It is made out of Plastic with an outer band of metal...so I cannot boil it......ie it was stored with water in it for at least a year...the water tasted OK but I do not want to take any chances of it making the water bad!!??......Joe
