A turbo ground balance should be fine, if it's off a little the Millennium II has a slew feature that lets you correct it. The ground here is very mild and the Cointrax models I had, and the Goldtrax I still have, always balanced a little more positive than I liked them to be but I could "slew" it a couple of clicks and it was just right. The 2.1 and 2.2 chips for the Cointrax retain the settings, so next time you turn it on it'll still be balanced the way you set it up. Once you get the balance the way you want it, leaving it in auto balance should be okay as it has an inhibit feature that prevents it from tracking off.
