Viamede resort in the Kawarthas - amazing! Hiking, canoeing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, boat tours, all right there, pool, it's really great, I've been there a few times.

I would suggest staying in one of the cottages though, not the hotel, as the hotel itself is a bit run down.
