if i am not able to express the pain i am feeling i sometimes need to create more pain for myself in order to bring out whatever 'needs' to be brought out in me.. like if you accidentally drink bleach i think you are supposed to induce vomiting or something.. the bottle doesn't say "just throw up".. it says induce
