I would first of all offer my condolences to families who lost loved ones, the survivers and stewardesses as the 35th year approaches. It was with great thanks that I had so many replies concerning my earlier question of "Were Are They Now". It is almost beyond my comprehension that the stewardesses continued flying after this horrific accident.
A thank you has to be sent to the Maime Herald for the pictures and interviews that they have archived on there web site. If you haven't looked there, please do so as you will get to see and hear how this event is remembered, good and bad.
To this website provider, an even bigger thanks as just looking at responses and questions being asked are overwhelming. The replies, well they speak for themselves.
Finally, to those who were involved being the stewardesses, passengers, Mr. Marquis, the others who gave aid and were involved in saving so many, a very special thanks must go to you. Reading the postings on this web site shows how all of you have not been forgotten in 35 years.
All my blessings to you this Christimas. John Herman
