I am looking for the book: "The Ebbing Tide"
published by the National LIbrary of Poetry in winter 1995-1996. It is a book of anthologies. If you have it and are willing to sell it, please contact me. I was published in this book, however, could not afford to purchase at that time. I wish to give it to my daughter for Christmas, hopefully.
