I'm looking for a romance novel. I don't know the name or who wrote it. All I remember was a woman booked passage on a Captains boat and they ended up on a deserted island. There was a cave with a black pearl in a pool of water that led out to the sea. I also remember there were cannibals on the other side of the island. That's all I remember. It has been so long.
