Harlequin /Mills and Boon novel

I do not know the author or the title. But I do however know a lot of the plotlines involved. If anyone can identify this novel then I would be sooooooo grateful!!! - The heroine works for the hero -hero is a barrister/judge - heroine agreed to have a baby for her friend who happens to be the hero's wife - the heroine meets the hero in a hotel room and make the baby the "natural way" - the wife dies in a car accident with her lover. she was planning to blackmail her husband and her friend. the wife never really wanted a baby.
