I read a book in the late 80's early 90's. I bought it at a drug store and the title was The Omber Rose, or something like that. It was based in the south just after the Civil War and the main charater was named Amanda who was a Yankee but felt she was re-incarnated from a southern girl. I loaned the book to a co-worker but never got it back. Thanks for the help!
