I read this mills and boon book a while ago, I think it was published in 1982 or 83 but I'm not sure, definitely the 80's though.(set in England) A young woman's brother gave her inside info on a job that had yet to be advertised at his place of work. She went for the interview and met the boss (dark, brooding, possessive, he's also a foster child) The woman's name is Catherine I think. The boss suspects her and her brother of being moles who sell private information to rival companies, (which her brother turns out to be) and hires her to keep tabs on her brother. Catherine also looks after her grandfather who raised her and her brother, he dies in the middle of the book. Not sure if this will jog someone's memory but the hero (the boss, whose name I can't remember) is always saying when Catherine might leave "no, I need you here with me" or something similar. Sorry if I'm rambling, I remember the plot but not the name!!
