I can't remember the name of this book - but it included approximately 4 stories that warned against playing with fire, littering, playing with electricity and (I think) playing around water. The main character (and maybe all characters) was black - wore a cape - I read it in the 1970s...so it was published in the 60s or 70s. Help!
