"Phillippa's Letters" and Margaret Mahy

Hi, I'm looking for two things. One, the following books or AudioBooks by Margaret Mahy: The Birthday Burglar A Very Wicked Headmistress The Pirate's Mixed-Up Voyage I also remember reading a book as a child that I think was called something like "Phillippa's Letters". I can't find a record of a book called that, with various spellings, anywhere. It had something to do with someone finding a box in an attic or barn, that had letters in it from a girl who lived there in the 1800s called Phillippa. She left a treasure hunt for someone to follow, and the hero/heroine of the story sets out to find it. The clues are hidden over the property. Any ideas? Thanks!
