I'm trying to figure out the name of a book I read in the 80's, not sure if it was new then or not. About a rich white girl who starts dating a hispanic boy from the barrio, I believe it takes place in California. There is a chapter where they go out on her disapproving father's yacht, and some gang related scenes involving the boy.
Any hints or clues? email me please!
