missing inlay card for Souvenirs cd3?

I just got my "Souvenirs" cd, but there is no inlay card with a password to get the third cd as a download. I am guessing it is an actual card, and not hidden in the artwork somewhere. I would buy the third cd if I could, but I have not been able to find out if it is for sale yet. Help!
