Hi Bridget
Anyone can get autographs after the evening show (they don't do them after the matinee, only evening). Someplace in the lobby they will set up tables and allow anyone that wants to wait to get autographs. Now back stage passes are a different story, I believe they are mostly given to friends and family of the performers.
