This guy is a complete and utter scammer. Do not order form him. It is the perfect scam, he takes your money and continues to be concerned that you haven't gotten your order, and when it never arrives, he claims customs took it. Actually when customs takes something, you get a letter. Do not order from this guy unless you have money to burn. Take it from one who was scammed by him. Google his email address, you will find many unhappy customers, and ALL of the positive feedback he has gotten has been left by him.
