WANTED: Welara stud service

I am looking for a sportpony stallion to breed a recently acquired Haflinger mare to. Located in central Kentucky so would need someone local or shipped semen.
Mare needs a stallion between 13 and 14 hands, very refined, more Arab-y than Welsh-y and would definitely prefer palomino or buckskin.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
