I am getting extremely frustrated. I have been trying for MONTHS and MONTHS to get a hold of the Welara Registry with no luck. Unfortunately, no phone number is provided on any material or on the website, only two different email address and a fax number.
We sold our Welara colt last fall and sent the papers in to get transferred. It's been well over six months and the new owner has still not received the papers yet.
I paid for four ponies to be in the awards program last year and have heard nothing. Has the Registry shut down? If so, I want a refund
