I was the founding President of the Virginia Welara Pony Association and am a licensed Welara Pony judge. I breed Arabian Sport Horses, purebred Welsh Section B ponies, and, of course, Welaras at Rainbow's End, my farm near Culpeper, Virginia. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have about Welaras. Two of my own research articles were published in the past two issues of the Welara Journal.
