Sure you can, though I would make absolutely sure that all his ground training and manners are firmly established. He must know what *WHOA* means and *BACK UP*.... Choose a mare that has been bred by live cover before and that is quiet and patient as it will take time and a lot of fumbling on his part.....you may want to solicit some professional help to ensure a successful uneventful time.
