What if you do not have papers on the parents and lost track of the parents? This is my pony mare in question that I highly suspect is 'Welara' but I have no physical proof.

Perhaps I read wrong, but I thought I read on the paperwork that 'animals' can be registered in the Welara registry with out parents being registered.
