WC-121N buno 143198

My son just gave me a 11 X 17 picture of the "new" MH-1, buno 143198. I am curious about the "Dora" logo painted forward on the lower side of the fuselage. I left VW-4 in mid 1963, so the plane was delivered after I left. I am kind of assuming that "Dora" was the first storm that the plane reconned, but am just guessing. Anyone know?
