Passing of a Hurricane Hunter

I read the New London Day, CT. on line today and saw that Ed Bergeron, a Hurricane Hunter in the 50's passed away yesterday. He was 79, and flew with Walt Walter for one. He was a Meteorologist Lt. I got to meet him when I was in Ct., he was a great guy with great stories and pictures of his days with the Squadron.
He lived in Old Lyme, Ct.
