I had spoken with my father, Rene' Mons, last night and he had told me that the years he was in VW-3 or 4? was sometime from '57-'59. He had mentioned that he would have liked to have received one of the "Century Club" papers for one (or more) of the missions he had been involved in. He stated that he was deployed out of Puerto Rico via NAS Jax. Is there anybody out there that could help me track something like this down for him? I'd like to surprise him with a signed acknowledgement from his unit.
