I doubt if you would remember me mr. Remington Ron Brooks AG2 crew 4. I was in the Navy from '66 to '70 my last two years witn VW4. I remember you very well as a fine Navigator and fine officer. I always considered your job very tedious with no let up on those long flights we participated in. As you know my flight station was in the tail section with Mr. Griffin, Jack Perry 1st AG and at times Mr. Boylin. . I remember Pilots CD-R Ashenbach and Mr. b
Bay, flight engineers Joe Sarson and Larry Larochelle. One fellow I have never forgotten was an electrician? Named Niedifer....he did all the cooking on our flights...he had the best and brightest attitude I think I have ever come across. Names evade me but I still see young faces usually with smiles. After a college education a successful career and retirement at 70 years of age I can say that being part of VW4 was a blessing. If Hurricane Center decides to reconstitute the squadron and recall the grey hairs I would love to give it another go.
