We have been discusssing with Bob Fitz and Al Roby a donation of funds from our coffers for disaster relief. Suggestions and comments from you folks is certainly solicited. I managed to contact Capt. Frank Schatzle's son Matt and learned that Ann and Frank are physically ok. Their home, 300 yards from the gulf is gone and there is a car in what's left of the swimming pool. Their son Andrew's home is damaged but repairable; daughter Sharon's home is gone. Ann & Frank are staying right now with Ann's niece further north in Mississippi. Other news from John Gash via Bob Fitzimmons indicates that Ron Martelli has survived the storm as well. I don't have any further information on him other than that.
