Are you asking if anyone has bred an American Bulldog with an Olde English Bulldogge? Personally no I have never done this, but here is my reasoning.
These are two different breeds, true the OEB is a relatively new breed and AB is in the foundation to create the OEB, but the Olde English Bulldogge has been around long enough that foundation breedings are not needed like they were. (if that makes sense)
What are your goals for a breeding/litter of this type of pairing? Is it simply to produce "bully" dogs or something else? You mentioned that this AB is top notch quality and that you have a nice looking OEB, but look at the two breed's breed standards. Each breed's standards has and accepts different conformation/looks than the other breed does.... So ask what you want to accomplish with this breeding? Remember that every breeding/pairing should be done to better the breed and produce puppies that will conform to their breed standard.
Sorry not trying to sound harsh, just giving my personal opinion. Somebody else may better be able to answer your question.
Good Luck
Best Regards
