Well when it comes to where the breeders recognition comes in... I believe since no one has made a rule and you have a difference in opinion on whether it comes before or after the name of the dog... The only courteous and proper thing is to ONLY put the breeders kennel in the name. front or back if they are the only kennel associated with the dog there is no denying who bred the dog.
You must have proper care, training and socialization with all the dogs on your yard.
If you cannot take your dogs out in public, then you either have to many dogs, or you need help with learning to train and socialize properly.
Dogs should have plenty of water, food, space, shelter, and stimulation.
Puppies should have a safe place to grow. And should not leave mother till she has finished nursing them(8-10 weeks old). If this means they stay even longer til they are older then that is what is best for the pups IMO.
Worming and vaccinations should be done at proper times and on schedule. yearly Vet visits.
In my Program I have implemented Health testing. Hips x-rayed, and I can now get eyes and ears done too close by. I did DNA test as well for color and know genetic diseases, but the people I used have turned into crooks, so I'm looking for another testing facility. If all breeders used the tools available to them, and followed the standard we would finally be moving forward with our breeds.
These are just a few of my thoughts.
