I'm thinking maybe a Blue Sable? If you follow the logic of the sable gene and the description of the Black tipping of the hairs. Could there not be a dilute of this gene as well? Very pretty.

Right now I would say Blue Sable, but maybe I just made that color up since I've never seen it before.
