Hi Steve, Thanks for your posting. I, too, hope that those involved can work things out to everyone's benefit. I thought it was outlandish that the family had pushed it to the point of litigation. Sometimes, however, one wonders how much has happened on both sides of an issue that the reporter is not aware of. My boo-boo on the "Murder Ball" story. I mentioned the "Murder Ball" angle primarily to highlight the fact that, contrary to popular belief, people with disabilities are not "helpless" and "childlike". Thanks again, Dave Reynolds, Editor
