I have multiple disablities however that does not eliminate the fact that I do have ablities too. I prefure the repectful language law and how people relate to us. I like a person with a disability. People may stop the decrimination that is abundant in the work force and whether or not they admit that they are THEY ARE!! By talking to us like we are 4 years old and have no sense at all, we do and some of us are more dependable than other workers.
