Thanks Lizzy. Part of the horror of this whole story is that a committee at a highly respected medical school actually approved this abuse. I've seen human right committees at both institutions and community programs rubber stamp nearly everything that came their way, with only a modest amount of discussion or dissent. But I've never seen anything like this -- especially for a child. Dave
