Posted by Susan Fitzmaurice Sadly, atleast 4 other families ahve requested the same be done to their daughters. Thankfully, there are many doctors who are questioning what was done and for whom's benefit. There is now some cry to have there be regulations for ethics boards as now there are none. Stunting her growth height is only half the story. The hormones she is being given stunt her overall growth - the ability of her brain to make new synapes. So not only will she not get any taller, her brain will not be able to change. Any chance that someday her overall cognitive ability will improve by even the slightest bit have been dashed. Ashley has been put in park.
