I'll have to look for it, but Dr. Wise Young from Rudger's University in New Jersey is the one who stated it. He wrote a very long post on his CareCure forum about a number of things I haven't read elsewhere about the the impact of hormones on development of the brain and body organs. His specialty is spinal cord research.
