What if I told you our organization, Moncton Community Residences (MCRI), supports people without using labels to do it, i.e. client, resident, self-advocate, autistic, and other labels that isolate people are set aside?
We focus on who you are and what you need, not what others may determine as "wrong" with you.
Can you imagine a service agency that works on the Mandt "People First" philosophy.
What a difference it has made.
