Colin Frates, 15 year-old charged with assult

I am trying to get information about the case of Colin Frates who was charged with assault at his school. The young man suffers from Asperger's disorder. My son is in a similar, although not as serious, situation.

I am hoping to get help in defending him. I also would like to know if he would be compelled to testify in a civil case.
